Why can't I log in?

Check your email address, your password and your account, in that order.

Check these first

• Email address — Are you using the address your invitation was sent to?
• Password — Check capital letters, and that your keyboard is typing what you expect
• Browser — An outdated browser, or one that blocks cookies, can stop you logging in

If you've forgotten your password

On the login page, choose Forgot your password? to get a reset email. See Log in.

If you still can't log in

Your account may have been deactivated. Ask your school's admin to check it in Team.
