Edunoah basics

What Edunoah does, and how to take attendance in your first class.

What Edunoah does

Edunoah is one place for the daily work of running a Japanese language school, from recording attendance and keeping student records to enrollment and immigration reports.

  • Attendance — Record attendance with a QR code, and see each student's rate update on the spot
  • Student records — Keep contacts, residence status, documents and history in one record per student
  • Enrollment — Track each applicant's progress and collect the documents you need
  • Immigration reports — Create reports in the format immigration requires, straight from your daily records
  • Student app — Students check in and receive notices on their phones
  • AI — Ask about your school's data and get answers

Your first class

  2. Open your course. Choose the course you teach under Courses in the sidebar.
  3. Take attendance. On the Attendance tab, click Start session and have students scan the QR code.
